My Doll House, Inc. Policies.

1. My Doll House accepts VISA, Master Card, and your check or money order for payments. Order Form is completed on a secure SSL server connection to insure your security. Your VISA number is kept on the secure server and is NOT emailed with your order or order confirmation.

2. Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment if the items are in stock. (checks must clear the bank first)

3. My Doll House will verify your order and the status of items you have ordered by email before the order is shipped to insure accuracy.

4. My Doll House, Inc. does not offer refunds but will accept items for exchange if:
   (a)My Doll House is notified within 15 days of the date of shipment of the intent to return the item.
   (b)The item arrives in the same condition it was shipped out in within 20 days of initial shipment date.
   (c)Customer pays all shipping costs associated with exchange.
   (d)My Doll House reserves the right to limit returns if the priveledge is abused.
   (e)NO Exchange of items sold 'As Is' or marked 'No Exchange'
